Role Overview
We are seeking a Sales Associate for our NYC showroom and retail store. This individual will be responsible for delivering exceptional customer service, achieving sales goals, and cultivating strong client relationships.
The ideal candidate has experience in women’s contemporary or luxury fashion, a proven track record of clienteling, and a keen sense of style and trends. Comfort with social media is preferred to help showcase product and engage with the brand’s community.

Qualifications

<li>2–3 years of retail experience in women’s fashion, luxury, or contemporary apparel.</li>
<li>Strong clienteling skills, ideally with an active client book.</li>
<li>Proficiency with social media platforms to support store marketing efforts.</li>
<li>Excellent communication and interpersonal skills with a customer-first mindset.</li>
<li>Highly organized and detail-oriented, with the ability to multi-task in a fast-paced environment.</li>
<li>Knowledge of Shopify or similar POS systems is a plus.</li>

Compensation
A reasonable estimate of the current hourly range is $18.00 USD to $21.00 USD.
