Minimum Qualifications:

As an Hourly Supervisor, youll play a key role in leading daily operations and supporting the success of the team. Responsibilities:
<ul>
<li>Open and close the restaurant as a key holder, ensuring all procedures are followed</li>
<li>Oversee daily operations with a focus on guest service, food safety, and cleanliness</li>
<li>Monitor and maintain food quality and presentation standards</li>
<li>Lead and coach team members to ensure a positive, guest-first culture</li>
<li>Support with training new staff and reinforcing operational standards</li>
<li>Handle guest feedback and resolve issues with professionalism</li>
<li>Ensure safety, sanitation, and compliance standards are consistently met</li>
<li>Assist with scheduling, inventory, and other operational tasks as needed</li>
</ul>
Skills:
<ul>
<li>Proven experience in a restaurant, caf, or hospitality leadership role</li>
<li>Strong customer service and communication skills</li>
<li>Ability to lead and motivate a team in a fast-paced environment</li>
<li>Knowledge of food safety and handling practices</li>
<li>Strong organizational and time management abilities</li>
<li>Basic proficiency with POS systems and cash handling</li>

The successful candidate will assist the Restaurant General Manager/Store Management Team in the achievement of the Store Business Goals thru effective implementation of specific operations support activities in the following areas, as assigned:

<li>Implement assigned Product/Service Quality or Cleanliness &amp; Sanitation (C&amp;S) Program</li>
<li>Implement assigned Crew Management activity.</li>
<li>Implement assigned Cost Management activity</li>
<li>Manage operations of assigned Packaged Program</li>

Job Requirements:
<ul>
<li>Completed at least High school education.</li>
<li>At least 1-year experience as a Team Leader in a food or&nbsp;retail industry or any equivalent combination of education and experience from which comparable knowledge, skills, and abilities have been achieved.</li>
<li>High energy level; must be able to work in varying work schedules and workweek/days including holidays</li>
<li>Good communication and interpersonal skills</li>
<li>Results-oriented, self-driven, fast learner &amp; adaptable</li>
<li>Computer literate in MS Office: Excel, Word, Powerpoint, Outlook</li>
