One Psychologist Position is for autistic children; the other Psychologist position is for the parents of the autistic children. The Psychologist works as a part of the family's treatment team. Many of our patients are parents of children with Autism Spectrum Disorder. We would like to have mental health services available for these parents to aide in understanding and accepting the diagnosis, navigating interfamily challenges, and applying effective coping strategies to reduce parental stress and anxiety.

<li>Provide supervision to psychology/counseling assistants pursuing full licensure</li>
</ul>
<ul>
<li>Conduct initial and ongoing mental health evaluations for parents and/or children and adolescents</li>
</ul>
<ul>
<li>If appropriately qualified, provide diagnostic evaluations for children exhibiting developmental delays</li>
</ul>
<ul>
<li>Provide one-on-one therapy services (in-office, in-home, or telehealth)</li>
</ul>
<ul>
<li>Collaborate with BCBAs, Speech Therapists, and School team</li>
</ul>
<ul>
<li>Write session notes to actively monitor the patient's progress</li>
</ul>
<ul>
<li>Ensure confidentiality and abide by HIPPA regulations</li>
</ul>
These are part-time 1099 positions that can grow into a W-2 part-time or full-time position if interested. These positions are new in our clinic and have the potential to grow into its own department. Ideal candidates would be experienced in providing supervision to aspiring counselors, have an understanding of Autism Spectrum Disorder and related developmental disorders, and open to a positive parenting approach. Research opportunities are also available. Qualifications The Psychologist position is open to applicants that meet the following qualifications. Duties and compensation will be dependent on the applicant's level of education, experience, and licensure type:

<li>Must pass a background check</li>
