SUMMARY 
Our growing eye care organization has an immediate need for a Cost Estimate Specialist. A Cost Estimate Specialist works with patients to navigate various methods of paying medical bills associated with services provided by CVP Physicians. They are the liaison between patients, their insurance companies, and alternate funding sources; often coordinating payments and answering questions from all parties. Their job is to help settle financial obligations so that patients and physicians can focus on healthcare.

SUMMARY

POSITION SUMMARY

An Optical Technician will achieve a world class Total Patient Experience that both maximizes retail sales while also supporting the patients' medical needs. This team member is trained to dispense and fit glasses and contacts, working from the prescriptions written by Optometrists and Ophthalmologists. They connect the patient needs to the goods and services offered.

<li>Assist patients in selecting frames according to style and color, coordinating frames with facial and eye measurements and optical prescriptions</li>
<li>Able to operate the auto-lensometer and manual lensometer</li>
<li>Educate and recommend specific lenses, lens coatings and frames to suit patient needs</li>

<li>Dispense patient orders and repair and adjust patient frames</li>
