As a Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN), you will use your caring nursing skills to play a crucial role in the well-being of our residents.&nbsp; You actively impact resident-centered care plans while ensuring that customer service is at the forefront of every interaction.&nbsp; Imagine the smile on the face of the resident when you help them achieve their best.&nbsp; 
Schedule:&nbsp;FT Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN), Flexible day hours and a weekend rotation (every 4th weekend)&nbsp;
What you will need:
<ul>
<li>Current nursing license</li>
<li>Current CPR certification</li>
<li>At least two years&nbsp;of nursing experience in assisted living, skilled nursing facility or home care&nbsp;(preferred)</li>
<li>Experience with geriatric assessment, Alzheimer's and dementia training, clinical nursing practice updates, and experience working with unlicensed personnel. (preferred)</li>
