The CSAs are part of the Patient Services Team and are assigned as needed to work the Call Center or Front Desk on multiple floors/locations. Therefore, this position serves as a vital link in the communication chain between the patient and caregiver and access to the services provided. \n \nRequirements:\n

<li>Requires a high school diploma or equivalent\n\t</li>
<li>2 years of high volume medical office, front desk or 3 years of call center&nbsp;experience.&nbsp;\n\t</li>
<li>2 years experience working with Microsoft Office.\n</li>
</ul>
\nDaily Responsibilities:\n\n
<ul>\n\t
<li>Responsible for patient registration, scheduling, check-in/out, and posting self-pay medical charges and payments.\n\t</li>
<li>Ensuring that confidential patient information (demographics and insurance data) is accurately entered or updated into medical operating system.\n\t</li>
<li>Processing phone, walk-in, and online appointment requests, tasking and instant messaging, verifying student eligibility.\n\t</li>
<li>Scanning insurance ID cards.\n\t</li>
<li>Adhering to HIPAA guidelines.\n\t</li>
<li>Attends team meetings as assigned.\n\t</li>
<li>Perform other clerical and administrative duties supporting the clinic and Patient Services Team operations.\n</li>
