Essential Duties and Responsibilities:

<li>Identify and connect with Physicians, Nurse Practitioners, Sleep Facilities, Clinics, etc., to promote referral capabilities and convert existing and new business opportunities within VieMed (may or may not include Parachute).</li>
<li>Works with internal and customer office staffs to ensure VieMed onboarding procedures, referral completion process, and appropriate education to system navigation as well as patient identification as needed.</li>
<li>Exhibits effective written and verbal communication skills. Adheres to cost-containment policies and procedures.</li>
<li>Works with clinical, managerial and sales staff members to promote and market sleep diagnostic and therapeutic services to all referral sources while enhancing VieMed knowledge base and utilization to existing and new accounts (may or may not include Parachute).</li>

Summary of Position
An Inside Sales Representative is responsible for assisting customers and contractors, by providing quotes and product information, whether in person, over the phone, or through electronic communication (i.e., website, email, etc.), while maintaining company standards of excellent customer service. An Inside Sales Representative must exhibit excellent product knowledge and ensure that company processes and procedures are followed relating to the sales and reporting processes. An Inside Sales Representative must ensure a culture of safety, accountability, and cleanliness at their location, including making sure product is properly merchandised. The direct supervisor of an Inside Sales Representative is the Retail Manager.
Responsibilities of Position
<ul>
<li>Respond to customer inquiries regarding product selection, placement of orders, requests for prices and quotations, scheduling of deliveries and installations, and providing customer follow-ups as necessary.</li>
<li>Listens to and resolves customer service complaints or requests when appropriate. Requests assistance from the Retail or General Manager in resolving customer complaints when necessary.</li>
<li>Code and input customer orders, pricing information and additional data into the point-of-sale computer system, ensuring the accuracy of invoices, work orders, and sales tickets.</li>
<li>Operate and balance cash register daily.</li>
<li>Research credits, returns, and delinquent payments as needed.</li>
<li>Assist customers in the purchase and delivery of special-order products through the utilization and understanding of product information contained within Supplier catalogs (i.e., pricing, colors, sizes, availability, etc.).</li>

<li>Collaborate with the outside salesperson to develop and implement sales strategies to meet branch sales goals.</li>
<li>Communicate with customers via phone, email, and other channels to understand their needs, provide product information, and address inquiries or concerns.</li>
<li>Conduct 10+ daily outbound sales calls to prospects and existing customers to generate leads, promote products, and secure orders.</li>
<li>Build and maintain strong customer relationships by providing exceptional service and support throughout the sales process.</li>
<li>Assist customers with order placement, pricing, availability, and delivery schedules, ensuring accuracy and satisfaction.</li>
<li>Coordinate closely with the outside salesperson to follow up on leads, provide sales support, and facilitate customer visits or meetings.</li>
<li>Process orders accurately and efficiently using our CRM system or order management software.</li>
<li>Monitor sales metrics, track progress against targets, and provide regular updates to the sales team and management.</li>
<li>Collaborate with other departments such as logistics, finance, and customer service to resolve issues and ensure smooth order fulfillment.</li>
<li>Stay informed about industry trends, market conditions, and competitor activities to identify sales opportunities and drive growth.</li>
<li>Ensure pricing and packing slip matches when receiving or shipping material</li>
<li>Determine appropriate billing situations: COD/Cash/CC/Invoice</li>
<li>Responsible for daily credit card processing needs and EOM report for credit card sales</li>
<li>Provides consistent communication with warehouse personnel to ensure customer needs are met</li>
<li>Assists in warehouse and additional functions per General or Operations Manager</li>
<li>Collect mail, faxes and Federal Express and distribute</li>

Candidate Requirements:

<li>High school Diploma </li>
<li>1-2 years of inside sales experience</li>
<li>Must possess excellent communication skills </li>
<li>Detail Oriented</li>
<li>Detailed knowledge of industry processes, materials and costs are vital. Ability to learn quickly </li>

<li>Must be willing to work odd hours including evenings, holidays, and weekends. </li>

Responsibilities:
