Requirements
<ul>
<li>Master’s or Doctoral degree in Nursing from an accredited program.</li>
<li>Current licensure and board certification as one of the following:</li>
<li>Family Nurse Practitioner (FNP-BC or FNP-C)</li>
<li>Psychiatric-Mental Health Nurse Practitioner (PMHNP-BC)</li>
<li>Dual-certified FNP/PMHNP (preferred)</li>
<li>Strong understanding of addiction medicine, mental health disorders, and primary care principles.</li>
<li>Experience in residential or addiction treatment settings is highly desirable.</li>
<li>Commitment to evidence-based care integrated with Christian values and the 12-step model.</li>
<li>Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.</li>
</ul>
Preferred Qualifications
<ul>
<li>Experience working with co-occurring disorders (mental health + substance use).</li>
<li>Comfort with both primary care and psychiatric populations in a residential setting.</li>
<li>Knowledge of detox protocols, MAT (Medication-Assisted Treatment), and relapse prevention.</li>

Job Description:
The Family Nurse Practitioner delivers defined patient care services in a retail clinic environment. You will work in collaboration with a dedicated team of professionals as you independently provide holistic, evidenced based care inclusive of accurate assessment, diagnosis, treatment, management of health problems, health counseling, and disposition planning for our patients ranging in age 18 months and above. Care is documented via computerized electronic health record. This position reports directly to the Senior Practice Manager. Their mission is helping people on their path to better health through patient engagement.
 
Responsibilities:
<ul>
<li>Family Nurse Practitioner responsibilities include but are not limited to Patient-Centered Quality and Safety: Accurately evaluate, treat, provide health counseling, and disposition planning for patients ranging in age 18 months and above. </li>
<li>Educate patients on maintaining proper health to influence quality outcomes. </li>
<li>Evaluate, make recommendations, co-manage and treat patients' medical needs for safe and high-quality treatment. Document all patient care within an electronic health record according to policies and procedures. Participate in an interdisciplinary team providing care and coordination of patients with internal and external colleagues ensuring the highest level of care is provided for patients at all times.</li>
</ul>
 
Experience: 
<ul>
<li>Active Advance Practice Registered Nurse or Nurse Practitioner license in good standing</li>
<li>Current National Board Certification, Family Practice</li>
<li>A minimum of 1 year of recent Primary Care experience as a Nurse Practitioner/Physician Assistant in either a family medicine or primary care practice preferred. </li>
<li>Working knowledge and understanding of quality measurement in the management of chronic disease conditions.</li>
<li>Self- motivated, prioritizes and solves problems, takes initiative, and advocates for their patients and their practice</li>
<li>Effective verbal, written, and electronic communication skills</li>
<li>Outstanding organizational skills and ability to multi-task</li>
<li>Initiative, problem solving ability, adaptability, and flexibility</li>
<li>Ability to work remotely in a clinical care team culture</li>
<li>Ability to work without direct supervision and practice autonomously</li>
<li>Is proficient with information management and technology</li>
<li>Willingness to obtain multi-state licensures</li>

Education: 
<ul>
<li>Completion of a master’s degree level Family Nurse Practitioner program with current National Board Certification and State of Employment license to practice in the Advanced Practice Nurse role required.</li>
