The Barista must be knowledgeable in the terminology, ingredients, and production of regular and specialty coffee drinks as well as creating a friendly, inviting atmosphere by engaging guest in dialogue and making them feel welcome. The Barista is responsible for ensuring all pre-event tasks are completed that may include set up, prep, and that inventory is accounted for each day. The successful Barista will manage your assigned locations by communicating with various points of contact (i.e. Director of Operations, Warehouse, Asst. Concession Manager, and Supervisors) to ensure the satisfaction of all guests. The Barista is to address as needed guest complaints to ensure a satisfactory resolution for the guest. At the end of each shift the Barista is to make sure all the necessary paper work is accurately completed and turned in for final accounting. The Barista is to follow the assigned closing duties to clean and prepare the location for the next day or future events. 
 
Requirements:
<ul>
<li>Must be at least 18 years old</li>
<li>Must have a valid TEAM or TIP certification card if serving alcoholic drinks</li>
<li>Must have a valid Pima County Food Handler Card on file with Craft Culinary Concepts and in your possession for each event worked</li>
<li>Must have a H.S Diploma or equivalent</li>
<li>Must complete all pre-employment forms, successfully pass a background check and math assessment involving all US monetary units</li>
<li>Must be able to work in a fast-paced high stress environment </li>
<li>Preferred 3+ years Barista experience in high volume restaurant environment or another park, zoo, stadium or arena</li>
</ul>
 
Other Skills/Abilities:
<ul>
<li>Ability to work independently as well as part of a group</li>
</ul>
<ul>
<li>Ability to lift up to 40 pounds on a regular basis and be on feet for several hours</li>
<li>Ability to work non-traditional hours including nights, weekends, and holidays</li>
</ul>
<ul>
<li>Ability to work in extreme temperature fluctuations and around excessive noise</li>
</ul>
