<li>Draft and format legal documents, including pleadings and briefs, with a strong command of legal terminology and civil procedure.</li>
<li>Manage case files and assist with discovery, document review, and production processes.</li>
<li>Coordinate attorney calendars, schedule depositions and court appearances, and track critical deadlines.</li>
<li>File legal documents through traditional and electronic systems, ensuring compliance with court requirements.</li>
<li>Maintain confidentiality while handling sensitive client and case information.</li>
<li>Support litigation teams with administrative tasks, expense tracking, and internal communications.</li>
</ul>
Who You Are
<ul>
<li>Experienced legal support professional with 3-5 years in litigation; familiarity with NLRB filings is a plus.</li>
<li>Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite, Adobe Professional, and ideally SurePoint and Concur.</li>
<li>Detail-oriented, organized, and capable of managing multiple priorities independently.</li>
<li>Skilled communicator with excellent grammar, proofreading, and editing abilities.</li>
