The Bear’s Cup at Rumbling Bald on Lake Lure is seeking people who have a love for coffee, work, great pay and benefits. Whether you've never brewed coffee or have extensive Barista experience, we would love to see your application!
 
Baristas are responsible for preparing all coffee, and espresso beverages, food menu, and delivering excellent customer service. The “Bear’s Cup Cafe Starbucks We Proudly Brew” will prepare coffee, tea, smoothies, wraps, pastries, also serving casual beverages and beer. Other responsibilities include opening/closing duties, cash-handling, cleaning, and some prep-work. Experience in a coffee environment is highly preferred, but not mandatory.
 
Qualified candidates must be at least 18 years old. Starting pay is $15 per hour plus tips. Work shifts are about 8-10 hours for a 20-24 hours per week. Hours of operations are Monday through Sunday, 7am until 4pm.
