Duties and Responsibilities: • Maintain heaters, air-conditioners, and other equipment in the buildings; to insure that the equipment is operating safely and efficiently; ensure continuous hot water service; determine by inspection that all control equipment is operating properly; check such items as circuit breakers, switches, relays, starters, connections and filters for mechanical and electrical faults, sign of wear, dirt, overloading, and other indications of trouble; and perform such preventive maintenance as lubricating motor hearings and pumps, replacing brushes and filters. • Perform all necessary maintenance and repairs on apartments. • Perform all necessary work to turn over units as they are vacated, including furniture removal • Immediately report any health or safety issues to Site Manager • Weekly inspect buildings, grounds and other public areas making a report on an • inspection form and consult with the Site Manager regarding deficiencies. • Periodically inspect building and grounds to determine necessary preventive maintenance needed and consult with the Site Manager regarding such conditions. • Provide adequate and efficient housekeeping functions that assure cleanliness of all building halls, walls, stairways, grounds and other public areas, including cleaning light fixtures and mailbox fronts. • Clean washers and dryers in laundry rooms on a regular basis. • Possess a valid driver’s license and a driving record acceptable to TMAM for site errands, including trips to banks, stores and other vendors. • Pick up trash each day, clean sidewalks, edge all walks, cut and edge all grass around all buildings, trees, plants, etc. • Report building damage or vandalism, unusual circumstances and conditions, and other related incidents to the Site Manager. • Perform physical duties required to correct emergency conditions such as water flooding, sewer back-ups and responding to inclement weather events, including shoveling and chemical distribution • Ensure that all maintenance work and repairs are properly recorded on work orders
• Must be able to lift a minimum of 50 pounds
• Delivery of appliances to units due to transfers, removals and/or replacements
• Able to climb ladders to a height of 20 feet
• Cut grass, trimming and other landscaping duties to maintain outside property areas in an acceptable manner using power equipment such as but not limited to mowers and snow blowers

International Health and Medical Services is looking for an experienced Pharmacy Technician to assist the pharmacist in the preparation, dispensing, and management of medications for patients, ensuring compliance with regulations and safety protocols. This role includes maintaining inventory, processing medication orders, and providing support in patient education to promote proper medication use within the facility.

<li>Set up prescriptions by obtaining the correct drug stock, counting the correct amount of medication, and placing this medication in smaller containers. After the prescription has been filled, all contents and the label are set aside in order for a final check by a pharmacist.</li>
<li>Consult with the Clinical Services Manager or clinical pharmacist directly to clarify prescription problems. This indicates that the technician has the knowledge and experience to recognize a problem in which a physician or a pharmacist must be contacted to clarify or change a medication order.</li>
<li>Use judgment and experience to determine when a pharmacist is to be immediately alerted to a therapeutic problem.</li>
<li>Act and prioritize the requests.</li>
<li>Know when to proceed and when to immediately alert a pharmacist for follow-up.</li>
<li>Set up medications needed for new orders and arranges for a pharmacist to check all preceding steps.</li>

Receive supplies and checks receipts against requisitions
<ul>
<li>Check for shortages, breakage, deterioration, and expiration dates. Discrepancies found are reported to the pharmacist.</li>
<li>Perform computer entry of vouchers or invoices into various program applications for monitoring pharmacy expenditures and generating reports.</li>
<li>Determines appropriate stock levels and critical nature of different drugs and the consequences of being short on these supplies.</li>
<li>Consult with a pharmacist to prevent inventory problems and prepares requisitions accordingly.</li>
<li>Withdraw outdated drugs, determines proper disposition (destruction or credit returns) and prepares necessary paperwork to initiate proper action.</li>
<li>Place supply orders through mandatory government and non-government sources, which include data entry into computer applications for figuring the total dollar value and generating a quarterly report and determine the kind of packaging and shipping required for such items.</li>
<li>Make necessary changes to quantities requested depending on stock levels to avoid total depletion and notifies a pharmacist of any discrepancies found in the requisition.</li>
<li>Package bulk drugs, which include liquids, tablets, capsules, ointments, and creams into specific quantities and various size containers.</li>
<li>Operate various types of equipment such as tablet and capsule counting machines and labelling machines.</li>
<li>Record all prepackage information including lot number, expiration date, manufacturer, current date, initials, and sets them aside for final check by a registered pharmacist.</li>
<li>Perform daily, checks the medicine cabinet and all areas of the clinic where night pharmacy service is available. Responsible for refilling any missing pharmacy drugs or supply items used during the night.</li>
<li>Inspect and log the temperature of all refrigerators that contain any type of pharmaceutical reports problems.</li>
<li>Conducts orientations, for new staff, to pharmacy policy and practice within the clinic.</li>
<li>Keep staff appraised of changes in protocols and drug recalls that may affect patient safety.</li>
<li>Utilize a personal computer to enter and tabulate data for the monthly workload record.</li>
<li>Manipulate data spreadsheet software in order to provide statistical analysis of the workload.</li>
<li>Prepares quarterly reports, which identify trends in usage, peculiarities, and discrepancies. &nbsp;</li>
<li>Collect daily as required or works with a pharmacist to provide workload data, tabulates onto workload sheets, prepares figures for entry into a statistical program, and enters data into that program.</li>
<li>Utilize basic spreadsheet capabilities and uses standard technique for the program that has been designed specifically for this location.</li>
<li>Add new patients, doctors, and drugs to the databases as well as edit prescriptions and querying the program for data related to drug usage and workload statistics.</li>
<li>Add new patients to the pill line and updates current patients when orders are renewed. Prepare computer generated medication administration record (MAR) for patients on the pill line.</li>
<li>Add new patients to the Isoniazid tuberculosis prophylaxis directly observed therapy (DOT) list (if separate from the regular pill line).</li>
<li>Clean equipment and work areas in the pharmacy.</li>
<li>Perform record keeping functions in accordance with program policies and position.</li>
<li>Maintain functional proficiency and ease of use utilizing electronic health records as required by, and appropriate to, position.</li>
<li>Complete and passe all discipline specific competencies testing, initially and annually.</li>
<li>Completes all initial, annual and ad hoc training as required.</li>
<li>Maintain patient confidentiality, and confidentiality of medical records, in compliance with the Privacy Act and HIPAA regulations in all work activities.</li>
<li>Adheres to, and maintains awareness of Policies, Procedures, Directives, Operational Memoranda and accreditation standards.</li>

The Interstate Retail Store Parts &amp; Delivery Specialist plays a key role in ensuring exceptional customer service and operational efficiency within the battery retail environment. This position is responsible for engaging with customers to provide accurate information about products and services, addressing inquiries, and resolving concerns in a courteous and timely manner. The Retail Store Parts &amp; Delivery Specialist reports to the Store Manager and does not have direct reports.
Key Job Responsibilities:

<li>Reliable attendance and punctuality.</li>
<li>Follow all safety guidelines, complete safety training, and utilize Personal Protective Equipment (PPE).</li>
<li>Greets and assists customers by telephone or in store to provide information about products or services, take or enter orders, cancel accounts, or obtain details of complaints in a professional manner.</li>
<li>Maintains invoicing sales, accepting payment, and processing credit cards while securing accurate transactions.</li>
<li>Processes exchanges, returns, warranties, and core transactions in accordance with company policy.</li>
<li>Installs vehicle batteries in accordance with diagrams, sketches, operation manuals, and manufacturer’s specifications, and performs other in-store services for customers.</li>
<li>Delivers local commercial account orders (batteries, accessories, etc.) as needed, following all state traffic laws.</li>
<li>Ensures all inventory counts, stock adjustments, and store-to-store transfers are processed in a timely manner.</li>
<li>Performs daily operational tasks, keeping retail space and battery charging stations clean and organized.</li>
<li>Enters inventory data into computer using various data entry devices and keeps data organized so that it is easily accessible at any time.</li>
<li>Recommends improvements in product placement, packaging, shipping, service, or billing methods and procedures to prevent future problems.</li>
<li>Maintain a clean store and professional appearance.</li>
<li>Performs work on weekends and evenings, including store opening/closing duties as needed to meet applicable deadlines.</li>
<li>Follow security procedures when entering and exiting the building for the safety of themselves and others.</li>
<li>Other duties as assigned by supervisor.</li>
</ul>

· A score card that reflects performance in areas such as daily sales, customer satisfaction, and issue resolution.
· Management observation regarding attitude, diligence, team contributions, and willingness and ability to learn new skills and information. Other key metrics prescribed by supervisor, resulting in positive customer and Company impact.

Requirements:
· High School diploma or GED required.
· Must pass a background check and drug screen and have a valid state driver’s license.
· Must be 18 years of age or older.
· Driving record that meets the company mandated driving eligibility requirements.
· 3+ years of driving experience.
· 1+ year of retail customer service experience, preferably in automotive parts.
· Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, Salesforce, or Counterpoint preferred.
· Ability to adapt to a fast-changing environment.
· Strong communication, problem solving, and analytical skills.
· Ability to develop and maintain strong workplace relationships with an emphasis on customer satisfaction.
· Capable of organizing his/her own work and work independently, with limited supervision.
· Ability to work with individuals from diverse backgrounds and with diverse needs, and across remote offices.
· Able to clearly articulate ideas (both written and verbal) to both internal and external customers and to listen effectively to customer needs.
· Ability to work collaboratively with other departments toward the greater good of the organization.
· Must have attention to detail with an eye for accuracy.
· Ability to work a variety of shifts.
