POSITION SUMMARY:
Substitute teachers are responsible for implementing a quality learning experience that helps develop children’s physical, social/emotional, and cognitive areas of development. This position is responsible for setting and cleaning up activities, assisting with the arrival and departure of children, and maintaining appropriate classroom records. Sonnet Montessori &amp; Childcare is seeking caring, flexible individuals to join our on-call substitute team at our Lakeville and Prior Lake locations. Whether you’re an experienced educator or simply passionate about early childhood development, this is a great way to stay connected to Montessori education with a schedule that works for you.
 What You’ll Experience:

<li>Flexible Scheduling: You choose the days you’re available. We ask that substitutes accept at least 5 requests per month for consistency. </li>

<li>Basic Qualifications: Must be at least 16 years old; no prior experience required for aide-level support, but childcare experience is a plus. </li>
