This is a part time role - hours are every Wednesday and Friday from 8am-5pm and every Saturday from 8am-12pm. 
Duties and Responsibilities include but are not limited to:
• Answer and direct all incoming calls for the Optical Department • Cashier for Optical transactions • Medicare billing and coding for electronic submission of optical claims • Insurance billing and coding for glasses • Receive optical product for the office and manage inventory accuracy • Label product for retail presentation • Demonstrate working knowledge of entire frame inventory • Receive purchase orders, reconcile invoices to achieve accurate stock status • Assist customers with frame styling, recommending fashionable options for prescription eyewear • Design, organize and maintain retail eyewear displays

EDUCATION AND/OR EXPERIENCE 
<ul>
<li>Graduate of an accredited Nursing Program required </li>
<li>Bachelors of Science Degree in Nursing preferred</li>
<li>One year of previous nursing experience in at least one of the following settings is preferred: surgical, ambulatory surgical center (ASC), Pre/Post-Op, PACU, ICU, Medical Surgical, Telemetry or Operating Room </li>
</ul>
LICENSES AND CREDENTIALS 
<ul>
<li>Current Registered Nurse (RN) License required in the state where the worksite is located</li>
<li>Basic Life Support (BLS) certification required</li>
<li>Adult Cardiac Life Support (ACLS) certification preferred </li>
</ul>
SYSTEMS AND TECHNOLOGY 
<ul>
<li>Should have knowledge of Amkai Office and Amkai Charts Database software</li>
<li>Knowledge of patient monitoring and emergency equipment</li>
<li>Proficient in Microsoft Excel, Word, PowerPoint, Outlook</li>
<li>Printer, copier, telephone and fax </li>
</ul>
PHYSICAL REQUIREMENTS
<ul>
<li>This role requires a variety of physical activities to effectively perform essential job functions. The position involves frequent walking (75%), sitting (50%), and standing (50%), with regular bending, stooping, and reaching (25–50%). Employees must be able to lift, carry, push, and pull items up to 25 lbs. Strong fine motor skills and full use of hands are essential, as the role demands constant grasping, writing/typing, and use of technology. Visual and auditory acuity—including color, depth, peripheral vision, and the ability to adjust focus—is required 100% of the time. Occasional driving or climbing may also be necessary.</li>
