Job Description Why American Heritage Lending:American Heritage Lending is in search of highly motivated and customer-centric individuals to join our team as Loan Originators. We are looking for sales professionals who are dedicated to enhancing the customer experience and adept at sourcing and fostering strategic relationships. Successful candidates will demonstrate a proven track record of achieving $3 million or more in monthly origination volume within the fix/flip, ground-up construction, single-family rental, and/or short-term bridge financing sectors. Essential Duties &amp; Responsibilities include:
<ul>
<li>Generate new mortgage applications through established lead channels.</li>
<li>Builds rapport and leverages customer relationships with existing and potential borrowers.</li>
<li>Analyze customers’ financial situations and provide the appropriate solution by advising customers as to the appropriate loan product for them.</li>
<li>Structure loans and quote rates to borrowers.</li>
</ul>
Experience &amp; Minimum Qualifications (Skills, Knowledge &amp; Abilities):
<ul>
<li>A High School diploma or equivalent is required. Bachelor’s preferred.</li>
<li>3-5 years of current loan origination experience.</li>
<li>Excellent communication and customer service skills.</li>
<li>Current NMLS and the ability to obtain additional company paid licensing.</li>
<li>Strong desire to succeed in a sales environment and be a top producer.</li>
<li>Self-motivated, self-starting professional.</li>
<li>Proficient with Microsoft Office Suite. LOS system is Encompass.</li>
