A swimming pool technician should make sure that the water is clean and safe for guests at designated hours. They should service and maintain swimming pools, spas and hot tubs on the premises.
The technician would also install and service water cleaning, filtering and purification equipment which is used for maintaining the pools. Additionally, the pool technician maintains the pool area in a clean, orderly fashion while assuring all pool safety rules and regulations are in place.
All aspects of the pool area should be maintained including but not limited to: bodies of water, pool furniture, weeds, pool area access gates, pool structures, mechanical rooms, and patio / deck areas. 
Swimming Pool Technician Duties and Responsibilities:
· Diagnoses, repairs and maintains swimming pools, water spas, filter systems, and pumps. 
· Maintains the proper chemical balance for every pool.
· Maintains the pH and chlorine values for good water quality.
· Maintains the pools, spas, and in-unit spas using proper chemicals and cleaners.
· Maintains the pool areas including cleaning of the deck, and organizing patio furniture.
· Responds to swimming pool related work orders in a timely, friendly and efficient manner to assess and repair non-functioning machinery or equipment.
· Repairs and maintains electrical and mechanical equipment.
· Transports and stores hazardous chemicals. Following OSHA guidelines and utilizing appropriate Personal Protective Equipment.
· Carries out scheduled water cleaning, using chemicals like chlorine.
· Maintains manual records of all activities and prepares daily / weekly / monthly reports.
· Picks up trash around common pool area and unit patios. 
· Operates and inspects tools and equipment and makes minor adjustments and repairs.
· Cleans and services swimming pool filtration units.
· Services heating, circulation and de-humidifier systems.
· Fixes lights above and below water level.
· Uses swimming pool vacuum cleaners to clean the pool floor.
· Checks and repairs corrosion, cracks and leaks in the pool walls or floors.
· Uses a telescopic pole with net to clean and remove any leaves, or debris.
· Makes sure equipment like pool covers, hot tub covers, and slides are in good working order.
· Cleans all vents in pool areas regularly.
· Logs, reports, and communicates in a timely manner equipment faults or water quality problems to managers.
· Organizes pool furniture every morning according to the established layout for common area pool and private patios. 
· Removes grass and/or other weeds from unit patios around hot tubs 
Prerequisites:
Must be efficient, organized, personable, poised and well groomed. Must have experience in pool, and spa chemical use, chemical level testing, pump, equipment maintenance, pool plumbing and all other related items. 
Education:
High School or Diploma holder. CPO certification a plus, but will train the right person.
Experience:

Open Shifts: We are currently seeking candidates for 3rd shift and weekend nights.
Weekend Nights: 6:00PM - 6:00AM Friday to Sunday, $4.50/hour shift premium
* Employees hired for weekend shift will train on 1st shift during the week until the weekend shift takes effect. Shift premiums do not start until moved to weekend shift.
 
Qualifications 
<ul>
<li>2-5 years’ maintenance experience including experience or training with electrical and electronics components</li>
<li>Mechanical aptitude</li>
<li>Siemens and Allen Bradley troubleshooting</li>
<li>PLCs and CNC programming</li>
</ul>
Preferred:
<ul>
<li>Two year technical degree and/or vocational training</li>
<li>Experience with benders, cutters, and/or roll forming equipment</li>

Low Voltage Technician is responsible for supporting the company installation of telecommunication systems and other procedures, for the company clients/vendors. The technician works within a team environment, installing telecommunication systems, which includes installation of cables, Set Top Boxes, set up and maintenance of the phones, voice mail, internet/router setup, and customer service activities. The position is responsible for peripheral equipment, networking, communications equipment, and providing support for users end needs.
Essential Functions
<ul>
<li>Installs, repairs, maintains, Troubleshoots and performs testing activities on various cable ‚ equipment, peripherals, data communication equipment, etc.</li>
<li>Assembles, installs, configures and tests all types of cable equipment.</li>
<li>Completes work orders such as installing equipment, connecting and moving devices; installing cable boxes; and troubleshooting wires not providing signal to equipment</li>
<li>Uses different types of test equipment and tools to troubleshoot/repair equipment.</li>
<li>Installs cabling for phone, internet, WAP, and television systems. Performs moves, adds, deletes and other changes for phone, internet, cable television uses.</li>
<li>‚ May have to move on site equipment, tools, furniture, etc, above 50 lbs.</li>
<li>‚ May have to maneuver around small areas such as attics, crawl hatches, etc, for cabling.</li>

Position Type and Expected Hours of Work
This is a full-time position.‚ The employee must be available during the? work hours of 8:00 a.m. to 5:30 p.m. and must work up to 37.5 hours each week to maintain full-time status. Occasional evening and weekend work may be required as occasional job duties demand.
Travel
Travel between jobsites may be expected for this position as occasional job duties demand.
