EDUCATION / EXPERIENCE:

Job Summary
Adept Home Care is currently seeking a caring, dependable non-medical hourly caregiver for IMMEDIATE PLACEMENT&nbsp;for the following days/hours for a client located in Allison Park, PA:
&nbsp;
<ul>
<li>Monday - Saturday (9:00 a.m. - 5:00&nbsp;p.m.) - client is flexible with the days and times. willing to work with the caregiver's schedule - in need of care ASAP.</li>
</ul>
 Client Diagnosis:&nbsp;Vision Impairment, Huntington's Disease, Bi-Polar, Dizziness&nbsp;
NOTE:&nbsp; Client has 1 cat&nbsp;
Duties may include but not limited to:
<ul>
<li>Cooking and Light Housekeeping</li>
<li>Laundry and Change of Bed Linens</li>
<li>Grocery Shopping</li>
<li>Companionship</li>
<li>Range of Motion Exercises</li>
<li>Bathing, Grooming and Dressing Assistance</li>
<li>Driving to Appointments and Errands</li>
<li>Walking and Transfer Assistance</li>
<li>Medication Reminders</li>
<li>ADL's</li>
<li>Ambulation</li>
<li>Change Depends</li>
<li>Transportation - DOES NOT need vehicle (client has a vehicle the caregiver can use)&nbsp;but DOES NEED&nbsp;valid driver's license to run errands and possibly take client to doctors appts.&nbsp;</li>
</ul>
Caregiver Requirements:&nbsp;
<ul>
<li>At least 1 year experience</li>
<li>2 Step TB Test&nbsp;</li>
<li>Pass Criminal Background Checks</li>
<li>Pass Child Clearances (when applicable)</li>
<li>Pass Fingerprinting (when applicable)</li>
</ul>
