<li>Review, analyze, and create detailed documentation of business process improvement and reporting and user needs, including workflow, program functions, and steps required to develop or modify improvement programs.</li>
<li>Make sense of a variety of data sources including program activities, compliance indicators, and surveys. Prepare spreadsheets, reports, dashboards, and presentations for a variety of audiences to support decision-making.</li>
<li>Collaborate with stakeholders to define key performance indicators, and develop dashboards and/or reports using Salesforce, Smartsheet, or Microsoft analytic tools.</li>
<li>Support the design, implementation, and maintenance of the IAFC Balanced Scorecard, in alignment with the organization’s strategic plan and goals.</li>
<li>Work with Information Technology (IT) and business units to ensure that requirements are adequately reflected in existing and new software applications. Develop use cases to test changes and new implementations, to ensure they align with business processes.</li>

<li>As an Instrumentation Fitter, you will be responsible for interpreting and executing plans and schematics related to instrumentation systems.</li>
<li>You will adjust, repair, and fabricate components and parts essential for launch environments.</li>
<li>Your role will be vital in ensuring the functionality and reliability of instrumentation within the launch site.</li>
</ul>
Responsibilities
<ul>
<li>Read and interpret planning documents, schematics, datasheets/manuals, drawings, blueprints, and engineering sketches.</li>
<li>Utilize P&amp;ID (Piping and Instrumentation Diagrams) to guide tasks.</li>
<li>Adjust, repair, or replace faulty components of ground hardware, test, and integration equipment.</li>
<li>Fabricate and install parts and systems using hand tools, power tools, and test instruments.</li>
<li>Work with various sizes of pipes and valves.</li>
<li>Connect and verify pressure transducers, thermocouples, and other sensors.</li>
<li>Install connectors, connector pins, terminals, and lugs.</li>
