Were growing and looking for Occupational Therapists, Physical Therapists, and Speech Therapists to join our home care team!

If you enjoy working one-on-one with patients, having flexibility in your schedule, and making a real difference, this could be a great fit.

What Youll Do

• Provide therapy services to patients in their homes
• Create and carry out personalized treatment plans
• Track patient progress and adjust care as needed
• Educate patients and families
• Complete simple, timely documentation
• Work independently with support from our clinical team

What Were Looking For

• Licensed OT, PT, or ST in New York
• Home care experience is a plus, but not required
• Reliable transportation and a valid drivers license
• Good communication skills and a positive attitude
• Ability to manage your own schedule
