<li>Possess excellent written and verbal communication skills, superb interpersonal and customer service skills, and exceptional decision-making ability</li>
<li>Maintain current registration with the National Mortgage Licensing System Registry</li>
<li>Understand a variety of loans such as: FHA, VA, USDA, conventional, fixed/ adjustable, bridge, non-conforming, FNMA and FHLMC, and Home Equity Lines of Credit</li>
</ul>

<li>Active NMLS Mortgage Originator License (required)</li>
<li>Proven experience in mortgage origination, real estate, or financial services</li>
<li>Strong understanding of lending regulations, underwriting guidelines, and borrower qualification standards</li>
<li>Proficiency in Office Suite and loan origination platforms (e.g., Calyx, Experian, LendingWise, a plus)</li>
<li>Bachelor’s degree in Business, Finance, Real Estate, or related field preferred, or seasoned experience level</li>
<li>Excellent communication, client service, and time management skills</li>
