Responsibilities:

<li>Administer medications, treatments, and wound care under RN supervision.</li>
<li>Monitor and document patient conditions, vital signs, and progress.</li>
<li>Assist with care plan implementation and collaborate with RNs, therapists, and physicians.</li>
<li>Educate patients and families on post-treatment care, medications, and recovery goals.</li>
<li>Maintain accurate clinical records, including medication logs and shift reports.</li>
<li>Ensure compliance with infection control, safety protocols, and facility policies.</li>
<li>Provide emotional support and advocate for the patient's needs during rehabilitation.</li>

Your Role as a Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN):

<li>Deliver high-quality nursing care to patients in their homes based on individualized care plans.</li>
<li>Perform a variety of tasks, including:

<li>Acute and chronic disease management.</li>
<li>Medication management and administration.</li>
<li>Assessing patient conditions and reporting changes.</li>
<li>Developing tailored, goal-oriented treatment plans.</li>
<li>Post-surgical rehabilitation.</li>
<li>Educating patients and caregivers to support recovery and independence.</li>
<li>Pain management and wound care.</li>
</ul>

Qualifications:

<li>Unencumbered Florida LPN License (required).</li>
<li>Valid driver’s license, auto insurance, and reliable transportation (required).</li>
</ul>

<li>IV Certification (required).</li>
<li>Experience in acute care or hospital settings (preferred).</li>
<li>Strong assessment and care planning skills.</li>
