Join Our Team as a Server! 
About Us: 
The Server position requires great communication, multitasking, and a good knowledge of food and drinks to make sure guests have a great dining experience. The Server takes orders, serves guests with professionalism, and keeps the service area clean and organized, all while following company rules and safety guidelines. 
 KEY SKILLS/RESPONSIBILITIES

<li>Guest Service &amp; Hospitality: Provide a warm, friendly, and professional dining experience by greeting guests, taking orders accurately, and ensuring their needs are met throughout their visit. </li>
<li>Food &amp; Beverage Expertise: Maintain a strong knowledge of the menu, including ingredients, dietary restrictions, specials, and alcohol service guidelines. </li>
<li>Order Accuracy &amp; Efficiency: Take and deliver food and beverage orders promptly, ensuring accuracy and attention to detail. </li>
<li>Multi-tasking &amp; Organization: Manage multiple tables while maintaining efficiency in serving, clearing, and resetting tables for the next guests. Ability to efficiently manage multiple tasks and maintain a positive attitude in high-pressure situations. </li>
<li>POS System &amp; Cash Handling: Process payments, close checks, and ensure accurate handling of transactions while following company and security guidelines. </li>
<li>Cleanliness &amp; Compliance: Follow food safety and hygiene regulations, maintain a tidy and organized service area, and comply with alcohol and food handling certifications. </li>
<li>Physical Stamina: Physical ability to stand for long hours, lift and carry objects (2050 lbs.), walk, bend, and perform repetitive motions. </li>
</ul>
 EDUCATION &amp; EXPERIENCE
<ul>
<li>High school diploma or equivalent preferred. </li>
<li>Previous experience in hospitality or food &amp; beverage service is a plus. </li>
<li>Strong interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to engage with guests and coworkers professionally. </li>
<li>Must obtain and maintain any required certifications (e.g., Alcohol Awareness, Food Handlers Card) as per state regulations. </li>
