Concrete Project Manager: Job Description
 
A concrete project manager is responsible for the complete oversight and successful execution of concrete construction projects, ensuring work is completed safely, on time, within budget, and to specified quality standards. This includes coordinating self-performed concrete crews and subcontractors, managing resources, and serving as the primary point of contact for clients and project stakeholders on concrete scope.
 
Key Responsibilities
 Project Execution: Develop comprehensive project plans and ensure meticulous field execution. Manage construction and maintenance of concrete production sites, roads, or structures.
 Resource Management: Source, direct, and align manpower, dispatch equipment, procure materials, and schedule work to meet project goals.
 Team Oversight: Supervise field teams, vendors, and subcontractors; promote a culture of safety and professionalism. Conduct training of staff and coordinate with general contractors and project managers on sequencing and scheduling.
 Client &amp; Vendor Relations: Maintain robust customer relationships and communicate with clients throughout the project lifecycle. Manage vendor pricing and contracts.
 Quality &amp; Compliance: Monitor quality control, ensure OSHA and environmental safety compliance, and uphold company standards for processes and designs.
 Financial Management: Monitor budgets, profit and loss statements, control costs, and ensure financial success of concrete projects.
 Planning &amp; Scheduling: Oversee and facilitate site planning meetings. Track company resource usage and equipment maintenance.

Required Skills &amp; Qualifications
 Education: Degree or diploma in engineering, construction management, or a related field.
 Experience: Minimum 7 years in the construction industry, with proven expertise in concrete project management or project engineer roles.
 Certifications: Construction-specific credentials like OSHA Safety Certification, ACI certifications are valuable.
 Technical Proficiency: Familiarity with specialized software (Procore, Autodesk, Primavera P6) for project tracking and resource management.
 Leadership: Demonstrated ability to lead diverse teams and resolve conflicts under pressure.

General Description/Purpose:
The Operator is responsible for completing assigned production duties to ensure customer, team member, and vendor satisfaction. The Operator does this by providing support to all areas in the production facility as assigned by supervisor/lead. The Operator is also competent in forklift operations and line operations. The Operator also begins to train and build competence on key areas in production such as fillers, milk receiving, batching processing, and palletizing. Job Responsibilities:

<li>Responsible for achieving assigned goals in the area of production, safety, quality, performance, and cost.</li>
<li>Notifies others of mechanical malfunctions to increase productivity and equipment capabilities and begins to assist with resolving concerns.</li>
<li>Responsible for complying with GMP's, SOP's, corporate and/or plant policies, rules, and regulations.</li>
<li>Competently works in the following areas of the production facility; forklift operations and line operations and begins to train and build competence on key areas in production such as fillers, milk receiving, batching processing, and palletizing.</li>
<li>Responsible for gaining competence on line circuits and learning proper hookups in the facility.</li>
<li>Covers breaks and lunches and other staffing needs as assigned by their supervisor/lead.</li>

<li>Works in a safe manner and reports safety concerns promptly to their supervisor/lead and takes corrective actions as necessary to ensure a safe environment.</li>
<li>Responsible for reporting food safety problems and initiating action and for supporting SQF by maintaining food safety and food quality.</li>
<li>Ensures work areas are sanitary and strictly adheres to sanitation practices.</li>
<li>Communicates effectively between shifts and other departments.</li>
