The Delivery Driver/Budtender is responsible for collecting, routing, and delivering customer orders placed via web and phone channels, ensuring exemplary customer service throughout the entire process, from order placement to final delivery.

SPEECH LANGUAGE PATHOLOGIST, SLP SCHEDULE:
<ul>
<li>Monday - Friday, 7:30am - 4:00pm</li>
<li>Starting pay is $40/hr - $47/hr for CFY</li>
<li>Starting pay is $47/hr - $55/hr for CCC </li>
<li>If you opt for a partial frills benefit package you may receive an additional $5.00/hr premium.</li>

<li>Speech Language Pathologist, SLP will optimize communication, cognitive-linguistic abilities, and swallowing skills of residents by providing, directing, and/or overseeing a strong Speech Language Pathology, SLP therapy program.</li>
<li>Speech Language Pathologist, SLP will build a program to prevent, assess, evaluate, diagnose, and treat any disorders that the resident has been diagnosed with that effect speech, language, social communication, cognitive-communication, and swallowing disorders in adults.</li>
<li>Speech Language Pathologist, SLP will provide training and educate the resident and their loved ones on the programs</li>
<li>Speech Language Pathologist, SLP will Provide quality patient care including screening and evaluation of patients, development of initial and ongoing treatment plans of care, discharge plan, and case management responsibilities.</li>
</ul>
Requirements:
<ul>
<li>Must hold appropriate professional license in NY in good standing</li>
<li>Adhere to all state and federal regulations regarding SLP therapy</li>
<li>Skilled Nursing Facility (SNF)/Nursing Home Experience Required</li>
<li>An SLP/CCC or SLP/CFY (Required)</li>
<li>Dedicated to providing extraordinary, clinically sound, &amp; compassionate care</li>
<li>Must possess a spirit of cooperation, caring &amp; enthusiasm to create an atmosphere conducive to rehabilitation &amp; optimal resident health</li>
<li>Genuinely interested in helping ill, injured, disabled, elderly, emotionally upset, &amp; sometimes challenging residents</li>
<li>Have excellent communication, customer service, &amp; organization skills</li>
<li>Able to work well under pressure &amp; willing to work harmoniously with all staff</li>
<li>Covid-19 vaccinations are encouraged but NOT MANDATED; we continue to offer COVID-19 vaccination based on eligibility guidance from CDC</li>
