<li>Provide leadership, direction, and assistance to team members as needed. Monitors completion of staff’s daily follow-up calls to monitor patient progress.</li>
<li>Ability to use judgement to determine when to consult supervising physician</li>
<li>Works with manager and other operational team members to ensure consistency with medical policy and professional standards.</li>
<li>Supports and engages in projects and activities which will develop or improve services delivered at the clinic.</li>
<li>Have a least one year of FNP experience and/or emergency care experience as an RN.</li>
<li>Perform other duties as assigned</li>

What We Offer:
Work Life Balance and Flexible Schedule: Our clinics are open Monday – Friday 7AM to 7PM, Saturdays 8AM to 6PM, and Sundays from 1PM to 5PM. All schedules typically come out a month in advance so you will know what shifts are available then!

Requirements:
Skills and Certifications Required:

<li>One year of FNP experience or emergency care experience as an RN</li>
<li>Experience treating pediatrics preferred</li>
<li>Ability to work independently and autonomously</li>
<li>Active Iowa Nurse Practitioner state license</li>
<li>Active DEA License</li>
<li>DOT Physical Certification</li>
<li>BLS, ACLS, and PALS</li>
