Qualifications:

·&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp; Strong background in construction management, including estimating and bidding processes.
·&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp; Solid understanding of construction methods, building codes, safety regulations, and quality standards.
·&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp; Strong leadership, communication, and negotiation skills.
·&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp; Proficiency with project management software such as Procore, Buildertrend, Bluebeam, or Microsoft Project.

Compensation and Benefits:
·&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp; Base salary: $90,000 – $200,000 annually, commensurate with experience.
·&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp; Profit-sharing tied to project performance.
·&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp; Comprehensive benefits package, including health, dental, vision, PTO, and retirement contributions.

Key Responsibilities:
