General Foreman – Commercial Construction, Field Supervisor (Director of Field Operations)

We’re looking for a strong field leader who knows concrete construction and enjoys leading teams. This role oversees several foremen and multiple crews on ground-up projects, ensuring work is done right, safely, and on schedule. If you’ve managed major concrete pours, structural work, and field teams, this is a chance to step into a true leadership role. You’ll work closely with project leadership while helping crews succeed in the field. We value experience, accountability, and practical problem-solving. Key Responsibilities
- Supervise and support 4+ field foremen and their crews
- Oversee daily operations across multiple job sites
- Manage large-scale concrete work, including foundations, slabs, and structural pours
- Ensure work meets project plans, schedules, and safety standards
- Coordinate with project managers, subcontractors, and field teams
- Monitor productivity, quality, and job-site safety
Qualifications
- Strong experience in mid-scale concrete construction preferred
- Experience managing ground-up construction projects
- Proven leadership overseeing multiple crews or supervisors
- Solid understanding of concrete placement, formwork, reinforcement, and site logistics
- 10+ years of construction experience preferred
- OSHA safety training a plus
