About us: The Strawberry Point Lutheran Home's Memory Care Manor is a 16-bed dementia unit. We provide for residents needing a secured environment and activities to enhance the life of persons struggling with memory and/or behavioral diagnoses.
Pay: $18.50 plus $3.00 shift differential
Benefits: The Strawberry Point Lutheran Home offers an excellent PTO package. Our health insurance package consists of Blue Cross/ Blue Shield health insurance as well as vision and dental insurances. Matching of 3% 401(k) retirement plan. A $15,000 life insurance policy 100% employer funded with the option to purchase additional voluntary life. We are partnered with AFLAC. Also offering a yearly uniform allowance.
