Summary: The Flight Operations Training Standards Manager is responsible for overseeing, developing, and standardizing training programs under 14 CFR Part 121 for pilots, with additional involvement in training for Dispatchers, Flight Attendants, and Loadmasters. This role emphasizes curriculum development, continuous improvement, and a thorough understanding of regulatory requirements and FAA guidance to ensure high-quality, compliant, and effective training programs that enhance operational safety and efficiency. Essential Functions:
