What will I be doing?
<ul>
<li>Greets guests with a smile upon arrival</li>
<li>Sets a positive tone for the diners as the first impression of staff at the restaurant</li>
<li>Identifies the appropriate seating and escorts guests to their table in a friendly and efficient manner</li>
<li>Offers menus making sure they are clean and presentable</li>
<li>Observes and reports any guests that need attention to waitstaff or management</li>
<li>Answers the telephone, checks voicemails, and books or confirms reservations in RESY system</li>
<li>Answers any general information questions about the dining experience such as dress code, special items on the menu, or special guest requests</li>
<li>Moves tables together to accommodate large parties</li>
<li>Keeps seating chart updated and accurate</li>
<li>Assists server assistants and other team members with set up and clearing of tables when necessary</li>
<li>Communicates with staff and management to remain informed and prepared</li>
<li>Provides for a safe work environment by following all safety and security procedures and rules</li>
</ul>
