About Xin Chao Eatery:
At Xin Chao Eatery, we’re passionate about serving authentic, fresh Vietnamese cuisine in a space where guests can enjoy delicious food and quality time with family and friends. The name “Xin Chao” means "Hello" in Vietnamese, and that’s exactly how we want our guests to feel when they walk through our doors – welcomed and at home. We specialize in traditional Vietnamese dishes like pho, spring rolls, banh mi, and popular drinks like boba and Thai tea.

Your Responsibilities:
- Greet guests warmly and help them feel welcome
- Take food & drink orders and offer menu suggestions
- Deliver food (with help from our robot!), clear tables, and maintain cleanliness
- Process payments (cash and credit cards)
- Work together to create a smooth and enjoyable dining experience
What We’re Looking For:
- Reliable – You show up, ready to work
- Friendly, respectful, and a good communicator
- Customer focused
- Willing to learn and take feedback well
- Can multitask during busy shifts
- Restaurant experience is a bonus, but not required
