Estamos buscando un/a Asistente Legal (Paralegal) con experiencia y proactividad para brindar apoyo legal y administrativo integral a nuestro Asesor Jurídico General.
El/la candidato/a ideal tendrá un mínimo de 5 años de experiencia enfocados en la revisión de contratos, con fuerte preferencia por aquellos familiarizados con contratos de construcción. También se valorará positivamente la experiencia en la revisión de informes de propiedad y gravámenes (Ownership &amp; Encumbrance - O&amp;E) y en la preparación de embargos mecánicos (mechanic’s liens). Responsabilidades:

Position Responsibilities
As a Legal Administrative Assistant/Legal Secretary, you will assist attorneys and paralegals in the organization with documents and workflow necessary for the smooth running of the firm. Your duties in this role will include:

<li>Preparing legal documents and correspondence</li>
<li>Filing documents in state and federal courts</li>
<li>Preparing and maintaining charts with hyperlinks for documents</li>
<li>Preparing binders for attorneys and judges</li>
<li>Creating and saving documents and emails to a document management system (iManage) in accordance with firm policy</li>
<li>Calendaring legal due dates in CompuLaw</li>
<li>Scheduling meetings and other calendar commitments</li>

<li>Organizing and maintaining case files</li>
