<li>Conduct preconstruction planning meetings.</li>
<li>Conduct on-site project meetings with subcontractors and construction trades lead personnel to clearly identify scope of work and quality expectations. </li>
<li>Manage subcontractors for all work performed on-site.</li>
<li>Set an example in keeping the job site organized and clean, including meeting standards for waste disposal and environmental protection.</li>
<li>Track site progress, capture progress photos and report subcontractor onsite manhours utilizing an app on your phone.</li>
