Job Overview
 We are seeking a detail-oriented and customer-focused individual to join our team as a Bank Teller. The ideal candidate will be responsible for providing an exceptional customer experience while efficiently processing various financial transactions.

<li>Assist customers in person or over the phone to maintenance checking, savings, certificate of deposits, and IRA accounts, including but not limited to account changes, stop payments, address changes, check orders, wire form intake, and online banking assistance.</li>
<li>Process cash and check deposit transactions, loan payments, cashier’s checks, credit card advances, card and account transaction disputes, and cash disbursements.</li>
<li>Evaluate checks to verify endorsements, dates, identification of persons receiving payments, bank names, and overall acceptability of the documents.</li>
<li>Enters transactions in the bank’s recordkeeping system, recording all transactions and producing customer receipts. Maintains and balances all monies in cash drawers at the end of shifts.</li>
<li>Maintains a work area that ensures the safety of all negotiable instruments and confidential records.</li>
<li>Answer all accounts- and banking-related inquiries in person and over the phone.</li>
<li>Build and maintain customer relations by providing high-quality services.</li>

Responsibilities
A Teller is responsible to create and deliver a positive customer experience while conducting financial transactions. This position requires an individual with a positive attitude, who is a team player, and who is able to actively listen for customer financial needs in order to refer them to the appropriate bank product or bank representative. A Teller must be able to adapt well to the changing workplace environment such as customer service complaints; maintain the security of customer information; prioritize items of significance; and maintain responsibility for assigned cash drawer.
