<li>Provide 1:1 Applied Behavior Analysis (ABA) therapy in our center</li>
<li>Implement individualized treatment plans developed by BCBAs</li>
<li>Collect behavior and skill acquisition data during sessions to monitor progress</li>
<li>Provide regular verbal and written progress updates</li>
<li>Participate in team meetings and training workshops</li>
<li>Follow the policies and procedures of Ascend Autism</li>
</ul>
 Minimum Requirements and Qualifications:
<ul>
<li>Experience working with children, comfortable with 2-7 y/o's</li>
<li>Experience with developmental disabilities (preferred)</li>
<li>Authorized to work in the United States</li>
<li>Fluent in English; additional opportunities for candidates with other language fluency</li>
<li>College graduate or some college experience preferred</li>
<li>If college graduate, preferred areas of study: Psychology, Early Childhood Development, Special Education, or related fields</li>
<li>Current Registered Behavior Technician (RBT) Certification or willingness to obtain certification – see below for details!</li>
<li>Valid driver’s license and access to reliable transportation</li>
