Job Description 
The EVERSANA/Meitheal Pharmaceutical Sales Representative will achieve territory sales goals by promoting XENLETA to physicians as well as other medical personnel within their assigned geography. The Representative will educate physicians and office staff on the use, characteristics, advantages, indicated treatments, and all other developments related to promoted products. The Representative will professionally represent our client in the field and ensure high levels of visibility and customer satisfaction in the territory. The Representative will maintain effective communication and relationships with key external and internal customers.&nbsp; This position is responsible for achieving both territory product sales goals and territory sales activity goals through company defined metrics.

<li>Ensure high levels of call activity and field productivity</li>
<li>Execute company-approved marketing strategies and support regional and territory business plan initiatives</li>
<li>Utilize approved resources, sales materials, and promotional activities to support targeted customers as directed by sales leadership</li>
<li>Implement and track territory strategy through annual territory business plans, regional business plans, and call activity reports</li>
<li>Submit accurate and timely documentation, including sales call activities, territory expenses, and written reports, in accordance with leadership-defined deadlines</li>
<li>Attend all required company-sponsored sales and medical meetings</li>
<li>Balance individual sales responsibilities with participation in regional projects, maintaining strong sales performance</li>
<li>Demonstrate proficiency in core competencies and a solid level of sales influence within the territory</li>
<li>Travel throughout the territory, including overnight, as needed to meet call plan objectives</li>
<li>Consistently demonstrate strong knowledge of the disease state, product, competitive landscape, and market dynamics</li>

Qualifications

 Develops strategic partnerships with healthcare practices and pharmacies.
 Participates in Territory Business Reviews with Phranchise Owners.
 Collaborates with corporate business functions (marketing, supply chain, operations, sales) to share creativity and results which leads to best practices across the organization.
