Job Description 
MAXISIQ is seeking a mission-driven Systems Engineer / OR Analyst to support the Joint Personnel Recovery Agency (JPRA) at Fort Belvoir. In this role, you’ll evaluate system interoperability, design and assess experiments, and develop solutions that ensure U.S. forces are prepared to recover isolated personnel worldwide.&nbsp;This position requires regular travel, including transportation via military or commercial air, as needed for military exercises, conferences, and working groups.
Key Responsibilities:

<li>Evaluate the interoperability of current and emerging system architectures and capabilities, recommending improvements and solutions.</li>

As an Operations and Strategy Research Consultant specializing in U.S. Army Aviation, your role involves leveraging ORSA expertise to address Army Aviation-specific challenges and optimize Army Aviation operations.
