CAREonsite, a division of Tang &amp; Company, provides occupational medical services nationwide. We are looking for highly motivated Emergency Medical Technicians (EMTs) and Paramedics with strong clinical, computer, and multi-tasking skills to join our team.
As a CAREonsite EMT/Paramedic, you will play a vital role in ensuring the health and safety of workers by providing basic first aid through life-saving medical care. This position offers a dynamic mix of clinical and field work, where you may be part of a team or working independently.
Schedule &amp; Pay:
<ul>
<li>Schedule: Friday and Saturday 0630-1530</li>
<li>Pay Range: $27 - $30</li>
</ul>
What You’ll Do:
<ul>
<li>Respond quickly and effectively to on-site medical emergencies.</li>
<li>Provide first aid and medical care in compliance with federal, state, local, and company policies.</li>
<li>Assess injuries and illnesses to determine the necessary course of action.</li>
<li>Communicate effectively with medical professionals and treatment facilities for further instructions.</li>
<li>Engage with clients and site personnel regarding workplace incidents and potential hazards.</li>
<li>Stay aware of the constantly changing worksite environment to identify and mitigate risks.</li>
<li>Maintain high clinical standards and ensure all care provided meets quality guidelines.</li>
<li>Accurately document all patient assessments and treatments.</li>
<li>Assist Site Safety Managers in promoting a safe and secure work environment.</li>
</ul>
What We’re Looking For:
<ul>
<li>Active EMT or Paramedic license in the applicable state.</li>
<li>Current BLS certification.</li>
<li>At least 2 years of experience in an emergency setting (e.g., ER department or 911 ambulance service).</li>
<li>911 experience is required.</li>
<li>Ability to work independently and make critical decisions under pressure.</li>
<li>Strong communication and teamwork skills.</li>
</ul>
Additional Requirements (Manager to Complete):
<ul>
<li>Flexible schedule to support the site on various available dates</li>
<li>Self-motivated and able to manage a small medical clinic</li>
<li>Ability to respond quickly and prioritize medical and administrative needs</li>
