<li>Conducts weekly safety meetings with personnel assigned to jobsite. </li>

Quality

<li>Inspects the work of those personnel assigned daily to ensure work is correct, complete, and meets required quality standards. </li>
<li>Reports errors or omissions in design, fabrication, drawings, procedures, work sequence, etc. to the Construction Manager/Construction Sites Supervisor/Project Engineer as soon as possible for direction on how to resolve the situation. </li>

Site Relations
<ul>
<li>Assigns work, sets daily work progress goals, approves work procedures, and approves work quality. </li>
<li>Schedules &amp; coordinates the day-to-day activities of equipment, personnel, and materials on his assigned jobsite in a timely &amp; cost-effective manner. </li>
<li>Develops &amp; maintains satisfactory relationships with customers and their personnel.</li>
<li>Coordinates onsite construction activities with those of the customer &amp; other contractors. </li>
<li>Maintains orderly sets of drawings, bills of material, and such other documents required to perform the work. </li>
<li>Submits job progress reports, timesheets, daily diaries, &amp; material documentation in a timely manner as required. </li>

<li>Resolves jobsite personnel problems and, if unable to satisfactorily do so, notify Construction Manager. </li>
<li>Assists Construction Manager/Construction Sites Manager to provide required technical training for field crew members. </li>
<li>Informs Construction Manager of concerns, problems, questions, suggestions submitted by construction personnel. </li>
<li>Assist Construction Manager in evaluating construction personnel performance. </li>

<li>Valid NC drivers license is required due to the significant amount of travel between job sites.</li>
<li>Strong work ethic, adaptability, and a positive attitude, with a willingness to grow within a rapidly expanding company.</li>
<li>Preferred -Associate or Bachelors degree in Construction Management, Engineering, Applied Science, or a related field, and/or an equivalent combination of education and experience.</li>

Position Type and Expected Hours of Work
This is a full-time, on-site position. Standard work hours are Monday-Friday, 7:30 a.m. to 5:00 p.m., though some flexibility is required due to the nature of restoration and disaster recovery projects.

Uhler &amp; Company is seeking Construction Supervisors who are looking for a career in the building industry. The team member must be detail-oriented, hard working, congenial, and responsible. At least five years of prior experience in the building industry is required. 
The position would include:
Overseeing of building construction
Schedule tracking
Quality control of in-company carpentry and subcontractors
