You will ensure completion of monthly reports, maintain an effective Quality Assurance and Improvement Plan, monitor clinical team documentation for accuracy and timeliness.&nbsp; Facilitate ongoing community and facility relationships.&nbsp; The ideal candidate has at least 1 year experience working in a hospice setting, possesses excellent communication skills and has a good understanding of licensing guidelines, government reporting and regulations, and can work with a variety of people, physicians and community partners successfully.&nbsp; Responsibilities&nbsp;
<ul>
<li>Oversee the hospice clinical team</li>
<li>Work closely with multiple community partners and long term care facilities.</li>
<li>Perform day-to-day oversight of general operations and correct any issues found, as appropriate</li>
<li>Produce reports based on the productivity and success of the hospice agency, providing suggestions for improvement as needed</li>
<li>Interview, hire, and train new employees</li>
</ul>
Qualifications
<ul>
<li>Previous experience as a Director of Nursing/ Clinical services for a Hospice Agency</li>
<li>Demonstratable experience managing a team</li>
<li>Deep understanding of hospice regulations, policies and procedures</li>
<li>Extensive experience with medical documentation and QA monitoring</li>
<li>Strong organizational skills</li>
<li>Ability to multitask and shift priorities, as needed</li>
