A facility near Fallon, Nevada, is seeking a full-time Assistant Director of Nursing to join their team for a full-time, direct hire position!

Pay: $50.00-$69.00/hour, depending on experience

Assistant Director of Nursing Details:

• Full-time, direct hire position
  
• Schedule: 5x8s or 4x12s, must be onsite during business hours
  
• The Assistant Director of Nursing supports the DON, manages staffing, policies, and department operations, and acts as DON when needed
  
• Oversees patient care, rounds, records, supplies, emergencies, and resolves complaints
  
• Orients and evaluates staff, schedules shifts, and promotes quality and morale
  
• The Assistant Director of Nursing must be available to cover stand by/call back and able to cover shifts and assist on the floor when needed
  

Assistant Director of Nursing Minimum Qualifications:

• Must hold a valid Registered Nurse license with a BSN preferred
  
• Current BLS, ACLS, and PALS, certification required
  
• At least 1 year experience in other nursing supervisor roles
