POSITION SUMMARY: Responsible for overall performance and maintenance of credit union facilities. OVERVIEW:
The Human Resources Director role at Meadows Urquhart is designed for an experienced HR professional who will manage operational HR functions, provide wise counsel and judgment in employee matters, and effectively lead programs and initiatives that support the firm’s culture and employee engagement.
The Human Resources Director holds responsibility for all talent acquisition, employee relations, performance management, employment law compliance, and health and welfare benefits programs.
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:

<li>Deliver high-quality HR services, contributing to a positive employee experience and strong organizational culture.</li>
<ul>
<li>Collaborate with the firm’s Partners and the Director of Operations to develop and implement employee-focused initiatives that will improve performance, productivity, and capability.</li>
<li>Develop and employ strategies to enhance employee engagement, retention, and workplace satisfaction, including recognition programs.</li>
</ul>
<li>Lead talent acquisition efforts, including job postings and building a pipeline of qualified candidates.</li>

<li>Manage the coordination of interviews and communication with candidates. </li>
<li>Cultivate a robust onboarding program to support new hire success. </li>

<li>Oversee all benefit programs to include health insurance programs, retirement savings, and ancillary benefits. </li>

<li>Significant experience working directly with executives, partners, and/or senior leaders of an organization; including driving initiatives, implementing decisions, and providing status updates.</li>

Requirements

Compensation:
$50,000 plus monthly bonus
Responsibilities:

<li>Help further loan approval by serving as a liaison between applicants, real estate agents, loan officers, and mortgage lending underwriters</li>
<li>Obtain all necessary property and loan documentation for every file, including evidence of insurance, verification of employment, payoffs, credit supplements, tax transcripts, condo questionnaires, title work, and subordination requests and to make sure the loan process goes smoothly </li>
<li>Oversee all loans coming through the pipeline to ensure the process is compliant and efficient</li>
<li>Submit detailed loan packages to the lender underwriting department for approval or denial. Communicate with underwriters to clarify conditions and satisfy these by coordinating with the borrower </li>
<li>Make sure closing dates and company deadlines are met by following up on loan documentation in a timely manner</li>
</ul>
Qualifications:
<ul>
<li>Superb communication, interpersonal, and customer service skills </li>
<li>Solid understanding of mortgage loan products (FHA/VA/CONV/USDA) and knowledge of mortgage procedures, processes, and documentation</li>
<li>At least 2 years mortgage processing experience, preferably 5+ years</li>
<li>Current or previous experience as a Processor, LOA, Loan Partner, Loan Officer, and/or Underwriter</li>
<li>Highly attentive to detail, and has excellent organizational and time management skills</li>
