Responsibilities

<li>Serve as the primary contact for all Accounts Payable activities, including processing invoices in Maximo and maintaining AP documentation.</li>
<li>Coordinate with supervisors to ensure timely invoice approvals, run reports to track invoice status, and ensure on-time payments.</li>
<li>Prepare and post journal entries and reconcile bank statements, AR, AP, and general ledger accounts.</li>
