Cherokee Analytics is seeking a HUMINT Desk Officer to support INSCOM.

HUMINT Desk Officer – Senior Responsibilities Include:
<ul>
<li>
Conduct day-to-day technical oversight, coordination, deconfliction, and synchronization of HUMINT operations conducted under Secretary of the Army (SECARMY) defense HUMINT executor (DHE) activities in their assigned area of responsibility.&nbsp;
</li>
<li>
Provide subject matter expertise on Intelligence Community Directive (ICD) 304, 310, and 311 coordination and deconfliction.
</li>
<li>
Provide subject matter expertise on DoD HUMINT instructions, manuals, policy, doctrine, strategy, and equities.
</li>
<li>
Provide subject matter expertise on Army HUMINT policy, doctrine, strategy, requirements, and priorities in support of SECARMY requirements.
</li>
<li>
Ensure Army HUMINT operations compliance with applicable laws, policies, and regulations.
</li>
<li>
Maintain accountability and tracking of staffing actions and taskers at the MSC, INSCOM Headquarters (HQ), and all echelons above.
</li>
<li>
Track, maintain, and update running estimates regarding tasks and initiatives for senior level meetings and briefings.
</li>
<li>
Identify and recognize information which impacts Army HUMINT equities and ensure its interests are protected.
</li>
<li>
Support INSCOM representation to the US Government (USG), IC members, DoD writ large, SECARMY components, and MSC regarding Army HUMINT activities.
</li>
<li>
Provide HUMINT subject matter expertise to support policy formulation, resource management, source validation, and operational risk assessments.
</li>
<li>
Present oral, visual, and written presentations to senior level government and military leadership, compose documents, briefings, and white papers, and support other staff actions based on approved recommendations.
</li>
<li>
Conduct operational analysis and execute Source Validation functions in support of AHOC oversight mission.
</li>
<li>
Review and analyze HUMINT reporting and develop recommendations to mitigation of identified CI risks to HUMINT operations.
</li>
<li>
Performs other job-related duties as assigned
</li>
</ul>
HUMINT Desk Officer – Senior Experience, Education, Skills, Abilities requested:
<ul>
<li>
Current TS/SCI security clearance
</li>
<li>
Bachelor’s degree
</li>
<li>
Completion of USG Category 1 HUMINT certification course
</li>
<li>
Fourteen (14) full-time years in a HUMINT management or leadership position.&nbsp;
</li>
<li>
Eight (8) full-time years of strategic experience conducting controlled HUMINT operations within the last ten (10) years.
</li>
<li>
Verified support to cyber HUMINT or technical operations.
</li>
<li>
Six (6) full-time years supporting Intelligence organization with analysis, briefings, battle staff coordination, and all aspects of the intelligence cycle.
</li>
<li>
Advanced Microsoft 365 proficiency.
</li>
<li>
Must have knowledge and experience with Intelligence Community Directives (ICD) 203, 206, 300, 501, 704 and 707 related to their duties.
</li>
<li>
Must be able to perform other duties, responsibilities, and activities as needed.
</li>
<li>
Must be willing to undergo and successfully complete a counterintelligence-scope polygraph examination with NDI on a pre-appointment and periodic basis.
</li>
<li>
Must pass pre-employment qualifications of Cherokee Federal
</li>
