Responsibilities:
<ul>
<li>Troubleshoot and make repairs to lighting system for proper operation, replace fluorescent tubes, defective ballasts and incandescent bulbs. </li>
<li>Troubleshoot and program lighting systems.</li>
<li>Install and make repairs to all exit signs and emergency lights for proper operation. </li>
<li>Install 120/208 volt electrical branch circuits.</li>
<li>Install and repair low-voltage circuits.[e.g. landscape lighting, HVAC control circuits, CCTV, intercom systems, alarm circuits]</li>
<li>Install data cabling and terminate cable ends.</li>
<li>Check all bathroom plumbing systems for proper operation. Repair/replace as needed.</li>
<li>Check all kitchen plumbing systems and fixtures. Repair/replace as needed.</li>
<li>Check the heating system. Make sure grills and filters are clean.</li>
<li>Check church building structure for any defects and repair immediately if minor work is needed. Otherwise, report issues promptly to the Facility Manager. </li>
<li>Pick up trash on the grounds, daily.</li>
<li>Ensure parking lots are free of junk, trash and garbage.</li>
<li>Ensure proper care in the use and maintenance of equipment and supplies.</li>
<li>Promotes continuous improvement in workplace safety and safe environmental practice.</li>
<li>Event set-ups as needed. This includes moving furniture.</li>
<li>Performs miscellaneous job-related duties as assigned.</li>
