Job Summary 
The primary purpose of the staff pharmacist is to train, develop, and monitor pharmacy technicians while ensuring pharmaceutical products are delivered with exceptional accuracy and quality. A thorough understanding of USP 795 and 800 is essential when determining the quality of pharmacy products. Effective leadership and department work-flow management optimize technician productivity. 
Job Activities and Responsibilities: The responsibilities listed below are subject to change.

<li>Directs and oversees the operations of pharmacy and pharmacy technicians in their applicable department</li>
<li>Train, develop, and monitor staff in specific department </li>
<li>Understand compounding techniques outlined in USP 795 and 800</li>
<li>Processing of prescriptions using pharmacy software </li>
<li>Consultation with patients and providers regarding our compounded medications as well as traditional medications. </li>
<li>Inventory control and supply management equip technicians to perform their tasks without interruption. </li>

Qualifications:

Liberty Software is seeking a&nbsp;Client Service Manager of Account Management to manage the work direction and day to day supervision for their assigned Account Management team in the west region. The managers are responsible for ensuring that all support tickets, emails, and phone calls sent, or issues escalated to their team from the client services department are responded to quickly and correctly.

Job Description 
Pharmacist performs a professional service in dispensing medication, diagnosis, and treatment of SALUD patients. The Pharmacist approaches his/her tasks in a team-based care fashion that supports patients and their families in a self-management, self-efficacy, and behavior change.&nbsp; This would include patients in the ambulatory setting as well as the corresponding hospital.&nbsp;

Qualifications 
Education:

<li>Bachelor’s degree in Pharmacy, Pharm D preferred</li>

Experience:

Licensure:

1. Contributes to the resident care and service plans by collecting data based on age, needs and abilities in an ongoing and systematic manner and participating in regular care planning meetings.
2. Communicates and collaborates effectively with residents, families, colleagues and other members of the health care team to meet resident needs.
3. Provides education, supervision and counseling to resident and family regarding AL procedures and other care needs.
4. Documents accurate, pertinent and comprehensive information in a timely and concise manner in the client service record.
5. Conducts supervisory visits of resident care assistants, companions and homemakers as required.
6. Participates in educational programs, inservices, meetings and workshops and utilizes current literature to enhance professional skills and knowledge.
7. Under supervision of SALSA/RN DESIGNEE and in collaboration with physicians, pharmacists and outside agencies, will be responsible for oversight of medication management including but not limited to ordering, storing, reconciling and preparing medications for administration and/or CNA prompt.
8. Performs other duties as assigned.
Minimum Qualifications:
Education: Graduate of accredited School of Nursing.
Experience: 1-2 years-clinical experience in a hospital or similar health care setting preferred.
