The Superintendent is responsible for overseeing all aspects of the projects assigned to them to ensure they are on schedule and on budget while maintaining safety and quality.

Job Description &amp; Responsibilities 
<ul>
<li>Establishes and maintains a safe work environment </li>
<li>Ensures standard industry regulations and manufactures recommendations are adhered to.</li>
<li>Ensure the upmost quality of work is being performed.</li>
<li>Keep close track of each project/job and move crews around as necessary to complete projects.</li>
<li>Coordinate with PM/Estimators and clients to develop specific project schedules.</li>
<li>Ensure all equipment and material is ordered for each project and track the shipments.</li>
<li>Manage the projects to ensure they are on schedule and within budget.</li>
<li>Coordinate and schedule vendors and Sub-Contractors through out the projects.</li>
<li>Manage and lead a construction crews efficiently with clear and precise instructions/direction.</li>
<li>Review invoices and CC receipts to ensure accuracy </li>
<li>Review time sheets to ensure accuracy.</li>
<li>Fill out all forms and reports related to the project (testing, warranty, installation, etc).</li>
<li>Document progress each day with pictures and ensure Foreman are submitting daily logs.</li>
<li>Create and maintain a positive working environment for the field crews.</li>
<li>Build a good working relationship with field crews, vendors &amp; sub-contractors.</li>
<li>Train, educate and motivate the field crews.</li>
<li>Conduct evaluations for field employees.</li>
<li>Work alongside the crews when required to keep the projects on schedule.</li>
<li>Lead by example.</li>

Requirements and Skills

<li>High School diploma or equivalent.</li>
<li>Ability to pass the pre-employment process.</li>
<li>MDE Tank Technician License.</li>

We are currently seeking skilled Commercial HVAC Service Technicians with a minimum of 5 years of commercial HVAC service experience. The Commercial Service Technician is responsible for the installation, maintenance and repair of HVAC systems utilizing their knowledge of refrigeration theory, electrical schematics, pneumatics and electronic control systems, pipe fitting, welding/brazing and mechanical layouts. Technician will perform services on US ARMY Reserve sites throughout Alabama, Mississippi, and Florida. Overnight Travel is required for this position. Company vehicle will be provided.
Responsibilities:

<li>Primary focus on chiller and boiler plants</li>
<li>Responsible for servicing products and equipment on assigned projects</li>
<li>Performs repairs, overhauls, and start-ups of commercial HVAC systems</li>

This job is responsible for assessing patients and safely performing routine CT procedures in accordance with prescribed radiation safety procedures and protocols. This job is a clinical mentor for junior staff and students.

Education 
Required - High School diploma or equivalent
Work Experience

Preferred – Clinical CT experience
Certifications
Required - Basic Life Support (BLS) from the American Heart Association;
Registered by the American Registry of Radiologic Technologists (ARRT) in radiography (R) and/or certification by the Nuclear Medicine Technology Certification Board (NMTCB)&nbsp;
Current unrestricted license in the state of practice
Advanced certification in CT required by an organization recognized by the ACR Registry required within two years of employment
Preferred - Advanced certification in CT required by an organization recognized by the ACR Registry
Knowledge Skills and Abilities (KSAs)
<ul>
<li>Must have computer skills and dexterity required for data entry and retrieval of information.</li>
<li>Effective verbal and written communication skills and the ability to present information clearly and professionally.</li>
<li>Must be proficient with Windows-style applications, various software packages specific to role and keyboard.</li>
<li>Strong interpersonal skills.</li>
<li>Knowledge of&nbsp;CT procedures and technical language.</li>
<li>Ability to work with and maintain strict confidentiality.</li>
<li>Ability to work efficiently and calmly under pressure.</li>

<li>General knowledge of cardiac anatomy, Doppler physics, and the hemodynamics of blood flow in relation to the various disease states.</li>
<li>Skills to preliminarily identify stenosis or occlusion based on nationally published criteria.</li>
<li>Skills to assist attending physicians with interventional procedures requiring ultrasonic guidance.</li>

Job Duties
<ul>
<li>Verifies physician order and procedure to assure accuracy.</li>
<li>Utilizes radiology information systems to facilitate care.</li>
<li>Explains procedure to patient to ensure understanding.</li>
<li>Independently operates equipment to complete imaging procedure according to protocol (including placement of IV).</li>
<li>Reviews patient images prior to transmission to ensure images meet diagnostic quality standards.</li>
<li>Completes timely quality control procedures in accordance with regulatory standards and performing notification/remediation as warranted.</li>
<li>Assists in the facilitation of departmental operations (inventory, staff schedules, equipment maintenance, etc.).</li>
<li>&nbsp;Adapts behavior to the specific patient population, including but not limited to: respect for privacy, method of introduction to the patient, adapting explanation of services or procedures to be performed, requesting permissions and communication style.</li>
<li>Other related duties as required.&nbsp;</li>

Physical demand requirements are in excess of those for Sedentary Work. Even though the weight lifted may be only a negligible amount, a job should be rated Light Work: (1) when it requires walking or standing to a significant degree; or (2) when it requires sitting most of the time but entails pushing and/or pulling of arm or leg controls; and/or (3) when the job requires working at a production rate pace entailing the constant pushing and/or pulling of materials even though the weight of those materials is negligible. NOTE: The constant stress and strain of maintaining a production rate pace, especially in an industrial setting, can be and is physically demanding of a worker even though the amount of force exerted is negligible.
Mechanical lifting devices (carts, dollies, etc.) or team lifts should be utilized. Must be able to stoop, bend, reach and grab with arms and hands, manual dexterity. Must be able to stand for prolonged periods of time. Must be able to travel throughout and between facilities.
Duties performed routinely require exposure to blood, body fluid and tissue.
The incumbent works in a patient care area; works in an area where patients enter; works directly with patients; and/or works with specimens that could contain communicable diseases. There may be an occupational risk for exposure to communicable diseases.
Because the incumbent works within a healthcare setting, there may be occupational risk for exposure to hazardous medications or hazardous waste within the environment through receipt, transport, storage, preparation, dispensing, administration, cleaning and/or disposal of contaminated waste. The risk level of exposure may increase depending on the essential job duties of the role.
