<li>Post charges to the guest and group accounts </li>
<li>Track room revenues, occupancy percentages and other operations statistics.</li>
<li>Run end of day process in property management software. </li>
<li>Assist with transportation requests.</li>
<li>Maintaining a clean and orderly work area and re-stocking supplies for the next shift.</li>
<li>Other duties as assigned by Hotel Leadership.</li>

Requirements:
Essential Requirements
<ul>
<li>Night Owl.</li>
<li>Valid drivers license.</li>
<li>Ability to work with little supervision.</li>
<li>Understand principles of auditing, balancing and closing out accounts.</li>
<li>Maintain lobby presence when not tending to guests.</li>
<li>Must have excellent communication, phone and hospitality skills.</li>
<li>Strong interpersonal and problem solving abilities.</li>
<li>Prior hotel and overnight audit experience is preferred.</li>
<li>Knowledge of Opera Cloud is a plus.</li>

Preferred Qualifications:

Responsibilities:

<li>Ability to walk, stand stoop, bend, lift and carry trays weighing 35+ pounds repetitively during entire shift.</li>
<li>Clears soiled plates, service ware etc. from service areas and tables to dish wash area, sorts appropriately.</li>
<li>Greets guests and assists Server with delivery of water and beverages.</li>
