Job Responsibilities:
<ul>
<li>Oversee day-to-day operations of hotel</li>
<li>Perform thorough cleaning duties in guest areas and at the front desk</li>
<li>Provide professional, friendly, and attentive service to guests</li>
<li>Collect valid payment methods for guestrooms</li>
<li>Ensure room assignments and reservation blocking are accurate at all times</li>
<li>Verify guest stay details and update as needed throughout the guest's stay</li>
<li>Booking and handling future reservations; making appropriate annotations to show special requests and needs</li>
<li>Communicate efficiently any concerns that would affect a future shift</li>
<li>Accurately update guest contact information</li>
<li>Maintain and uphold front desk departmental standards</li>
<li>Ensure prompt response on third-party platforms to enhance the pre-arrival guest experience</li>
<li>Respond promptly to guests' special requests for items like late checkouts, cribs, and extra towels</li>
<li>Report maintenance issues promptly</li>
<li>Complete your shift checklist daily</li>
<li>Follow departmental policies, safety, and sanitation guidelines</li>
<li>Collaborate with other departments as necessary to provide optimal service to guests</li>
<li>Remove trash and debris in exterior and interior public spaces, as well as around the FD</li>
<li>Receive and handle food and supply shipments promptly and per health standards</li>
<li>Maintain good standards of cleanliness</li>
<li>Maintain a professional and neat look and appearance</li>
<li>Adhere to strict rules regarding health, safety, and food handling</li>
<li>Maintain good labeling and storage standards of all chemicals</li>
<li>Follow the BOB Essential Rules</li>
<li>Demonstrate a positive and respectful attitude to coworkers, vendors, and guests</li>
<li>Ensure the front desk, coffee shop, and boutique are fully stocked; notify management if a product is running low or out</li>
<li>Promptly resolve guest issues</li>
<li>Relay pertinent information to the appropriate channels</li>
<li>Follow-up to ensure guest concerns are addressed to their satisfaction.</li>
<li>Other duties as assigned</li>

Job Requirements:
<ul>
<li>High school diploma or equivalent</li>
<li>At least one year of hotel front desk experience</li>
<li>Be a team player with a positive attitude toward vendors, coworkers, and guests</li>
<li>Excellent written and verbal communication skills</li>
<li>Strong organizational, interpersonal, and problem-solving abilities</li>
<li>Highly responsible &amp; dependable</li>
<li>Ability to work cohesively as part of a team</li>
<li>Ability to pass a background check</li>
<li>Maintain a professional and neat look and demeanor</li>
