Essential Duties and Responsibilities
<ul>
<li>Work with the Production Manager to ensure ordered materials are correct</li>
<li>Create an open line of communication with customers throughout the project</li>
<li>Conduct hourly inspections of work quality from subcontractors/crew leaders</li>
<li>Make or delegate corrections to work quality</li>
<li>Manage material needs and returns with documentation</li>
<li>Communicate with the office team on the progression of the job</li>
<li>Delegate trailer delivery and pick-up for each job</li>
<li>Perform final walk-arounds and inspections on every job</li>
<li>Collect final payments and complete job folders for every job</li>
</ul>
Preferred Experience
<ul>
<li>High school diploma or equivalent experience in roofing and/or light construction</li>
<li>Valid driver’s license required; chauffeur’s license preferred</li>
<li>Ability to communicate effectively with customers and co-workers</li>
<li>Must be able to work outdoors in adverse weather conditions</li>
<li>Must be able to climb onto and walk on multiple roofing pitches</li>
<li>Must be able to lift, pull, and push 75+ pounds</li>
<li>Ability to perform basic math and problem-solving techniques</li>
</ul>

This position will manage multiple in-house crews and Subcontractor crews as needed and ensure job sites are safe, efficient and high-quality. Job Duties Summary:

POSITION SUMMARY
The Field Construction Supervisor is responsible for the performance and safety of all crew members on their projects. By educating and leading by example all team members on safety procedures, managing the quality of all work performed, and by making recommendations for improvements, you will ensure that projects stay within budget and work is delivered on time.
ESSENTIAL JOB FUNCTIONS

<li>Ensures adherence to and demonstrates a sound understanding of safety best practices and regulations</li>
<li>Monitors all work performed and provides crews training where needed</li>
<li>Performs equipment, material, and routine site inspections</li>
<li>Ensures teams work together to deliver quality work to strict deadlines</li>

<li>Available for rotational on-call work</li>
