Your role:

Special Requirements
Requires full range of body motion including manual and finger dexterity and eye/hand coordination. Requires sitting, standing and walking for extensive periods of time. Requires working under stressful conditions or working irregular hours. Requires frequent exposure to communicable diseases, body fluids, toxic substances, medicinal preparations and other conditions common to a clinic environment. The employee frequently is required to reach with hands and arms. Specific vision abilities required by this job include close vision, distance vision, color vision, peripheral vision, depth perception, and the ability to adjust focus. Ability to work with a moderate noise level in the work environment is required.

Certified Nurse Midwife (CNM) 
Location: Haines City, FL Schedule: Monday – Friday | 8:00 AM – 5:00 PM Status: Full-Time Reports To: Chief Medical Officer (CMO)
Position Summary:
We are seeking a compassionate and experienced Certified Nurse Midwife (CNM) to join our Women's Health team based out of Haines City, FL! The CNM will deliver comprehensive outpatient reproductive and primary care services to women, including prenatal, postpartum, family planning, and general gynecological care.
The ideal candidate will be confident working autonomously, flexible with floating between clinic sites, and deeply committed to delivering high-quality, patient-centered care. This position qualifies for Public Service Loan Forgiveness (PSLF) and may include up to $75,000 in student loan repayment for a two-year service commitment.
Compensation &amp; Benefits:

<li>Compensation: Up to $130,000 based on experience</li>
<li>New Grad Compensation: $90,000 starting with a $5,000 Increase at 6 months</li>

Minimum Qualifications:
<ul>
<li>Graduate of an accredited Certified Nurse Midwife (CNM) Program</li>
<li>Minimum of 1 year of experience as a practicing CNM (3+ years preferred)</li>
<li>Clear and active Florida CNM license (or ability to obtain prior to start)</li>
<li>National certification through AMCB (American Midwifery Certification Board)</li>
<li>BLS certification</li>
<li>Eligible for malpractice insurability</li>
<li>Strong EMR and computer literacy</li>
<li>Ability to work both independently and collaboratively in a team-based environment</li>
</ul>
Key Responsibilities:
<ul>
<li>Provide comprehensive outpatient midwifery care, including prenatal, intrapartum (as appropriate), and postpartum care</li>
<li>Deliver preventive and primary care to women throughout the lifespan, including family planning and routine gynecologic care</li>
<li>Diagnose and manage common women's health conditions</li>
<li>Develop and implement individualized care plans; prescribe medications within scope of practice</li>
<li>Educate and counsel patients on health maintenance and disease prevention</li>
<li>Coordinate patient care with referral clerks, nurses, and other providers</li>
<li>Maintain timely and complete documentation in the EMR (SOAP notes, problem lists, medication reconciliation)</li>
<li>Adhere to clinical protocols, quality standards, and safety regulations</li>
<li>Precept students and contribute to staff development as needed</li>
<li>Rotate coverage to other sites and participate in Saturday/off-hour clinics when assigned</li>
